Shipping and Returns


Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchasing. We will send you a tracking number via e-mail once your order has shipped.

At this time, we offer free shipping for all orders shipped within the United States!

International shipping to select countries is available upon request.  International shipping charges vary by destination, package weight, etc.  Please contact us first directly to make special arrangements. The Zoie Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer including tariffs, taxes, and other related charges.

Please verify your shipping address, as we are not responsible for packages going to the incorrect address. We are also not responsible for stolen packages, delays in shipping, or damages that occur in the shipping process.



We hope you will enjoy your purchase!  However, if for any reason you do not, we will accept unopened, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise purchased on our site for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within fourteen (14) days of post-marked date. Please include your name and order number with your return.

Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit and recommend using a trackable service.

We will process returns within five (5) business days of receiving the package. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. 

We reserve the right to not accept any merchandise that has been opened, altered, or damaged.
